The Facilities Assistance Centre is the first point of contact for all service requests, queries in relation to cleaning and fleet bookings and general enquiries associated with campus infrastructure.

Staff on Rockhampton Campus are requested to use the on line request system which can be accessed by  each Faculty and Division.  Regional Campus staff are asked to contact the Buildings Officer at their Campus.

Any urgent queries or notifications can be phoned through to Facilities Assistance Centre ext. 9241 or via email facmg@cqu.edu.au

The Facilities Assistance Centre is available from 7:00am - 5:00pm. For after hours emergency assistance please contact Campus Security on x1331 (0418 792 982).
