Records Management Office Forms

The Records Management Office is very focused on improving processes to make our workplace more efficient and effective.  The following forms are available via Microsoft Outlook:

  • Request Access to TRIM
  • Request Permission to Destroy Records
  • Request to Delete a Record

NOTE: All forms must be submitted by the section Director/Manager or other authorised person.

In order to access these Outlook template forms please follow the instructions below:

For Outlook version 2003 - 2007

Go to:

  • Tools
  • Forms
  • Choose a Form
  • Select the required form from the Organizational Forms Library

For Outlook version 2010

Go to:

  • New Item
  • More Items
  • Choose Form
  • Select the required form from the Organizational Forms Library

The following forms may be added to the Organizational Forms Library in the future.  For now, you are still able to access them as you have done in the past.
