The Residential Life Team is responsible for in-house pastoral care and after-hours support of Capricornia College and Mackay Student Residence as well as the promotion of community life through the organisation of recreational and community activities as dictated by the relevant Residential Life Portfolios. Residential Advisors live on-campus among the students and are easily contactable to offer support and pastoral care, contributing to the development of a supportive, caring and quality academic residential community.
We are looking for enthusiastic people with leadership skills and the ability to make a difference in a positive way to residential life. Remuneration is by way of upgraded accommodation, reduced fees and additional benefits.
