Senior Aerobics - A very low impact aerobic class, designed with special consideration for the senior population and includes cardiovascular, flexibility, and strengthening segments that may be performed standing or in a seated position.
Bootcamp - The ultimate in total body conditioning, rain, hail or shine this is a typical class that combines short drills and basic strength and toning exercises such as push ups, dips, squats and lunges. Catering for all levels of fitness from beginner up to advanced, this class is a must on anybody's to do list.
Boxercise - A group class that incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact. An excellent workout guaranteed to punch and kick the stress away.
Run 'N' Talk - Are you one of the millions that have always hated running or are you one of the rare few that can run for miles on end? Either way this is the class for you, incorporating a vast range of running drills and techniques this session will help shave those seconds off the elite runners marathon time or for the beginner introduce you to a new outlook and love for running.
