Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL) has been directly involved in the CQUniversity Maintenance Management program since its inception in 1995, with a total of 33 QAL employees graduating from the program during this time. A key feature of the CQUniversity program is that it makes extensive use of industry managers as external lecturers in the program.
