The CQUniversity Library Book Club was established in 2012 as part of the National Year of Reading and is based at Rockhampton.

Who can join the Book Club?
Membership is open to anyone from the University or the local community with an interest in reading.
Please complete the application form to register as a member and return the form via email to d.orr@cqu.edu.au. Alternatively the form can be delivered on the evening or posted to:

When will the Book Club meet?
The Book Club meets on the third Monday of each month at 5pm for a 5:30 start.
Light refreshments will be available from 5pm.
Where will meetings be held?
Meetings will be held at the Rockhampton Campus Library on the top floor.
Do I need to purchase the books?
Members are free to borrow books from the CQUniversity Library in Rockhampton. However the number of copies may be limited.
The Rockhampton City Council Library also allows loans.
The CQUni Bookshop will have multiple copies for anyone to purchase and is offering a 15% discount on all Book club purchases.

Can food be eaten at the Book Club?
Yes, food can be eaten in the Library.
What books have been selected for reading?
Books for 2012 have been selected by the convenor of the Club. Suggestions for the future are welcome and can be sent to d.orr@cqu.edu.au.
